hi i was charged on the **th of January, i have not used care. com and i do not want to renew my subscription. I don’t think it’s correct for you to charge us and not provide an eletronic receipt to let us*know of the charge.*please refund, as i’m not using it.It’s very dificil to cancel your account when u use my iphone you should make things more clear, and easier so we can do what we want.*Thanks
