I just spoke to John from your support team. I opened an account last January (****) I was in the process of going back and forth with care givers (* of the girls I hired didnt show up from your website). I found a family member to help and called to cancel when I noticed that I had been billed for February. **I asked for a refund for February since I didn't use it. I was told they had to submit something to the billing team and they would get back to me. They never did.**I called in April when I realized that it still hadn't been cancelled. Very irritated, asked for a supervisor because it hadn't been taken care of before hand. I was told they don't have a supervisor available. They assured me it was cancelled and they would resubmit a claim and it would be taken care of. **I have a new baby, * kids, a small business and we are busy! I no longer use that card on file and it is on auto pay for maintenance fees. **Fast foward to December **** (** MONTHS PAID that I NEVER USED IT!)*I'm still being billed-- WHAT!?!**I called on Jan-*-**** spoke to John who insisted over and over again that there was no one else I could speak to. Insisted that there was no option for a supervisor or anyone who could actually help me right away. That the only option was to send it AGAIN to the billing team. I asked if I could talk to the billing team? He replied "no"*I asked if I could email the billing team directly? He said "no" *I asked if they could call me directly when they have reviewed the case? He said "We usually don't call but I will make a note that you want a call" **Yes, I would like a call. I would like a refund for March through December. I will happily pay for February (I forgot, I asked for a refund, you had to "submit" something. I don't care anymore I'll pay for that.) I would like ** months (March -December) refunded at $** each month for a total of $***.
