Good morning, I had signed up for a * year account membership last December. This morning I was charged for another annual fee. Typically for annual service renewals the company sends out a renewal email ahead of time. I checked my inbox and was unable to find anything like that. I have already found a care taker and am not currently using your service. I tried to cancel my membership online but it canceled it for December **** instead of ****. Please cancel my service as of ******* and credit my credit card for **-** annual charge
