Help with my Care.com issue

Hello. I signed up for a * month subscription. It did not tell me that this would recur. I am upset to say that I was charged in August and in November when I should not have been charged. The charge in May was valid. However, I should be refunded for the August charge (Transaction number ****************** - $**) and the November charge (Transaction number ****************** - $**)*I absolutely did not want this * months subscription to be recurring. I thought I was signing up for * months of access and that's all. Please refund me asap, and then cancel everything. Please remove my credit card from the system. I tried to delete it with my account and I was not able to.
GetHuman-ruthiefr did not yet indicate what Care.com should do to make this right.
