I never signed up for autopay and used your service without success for one month but you charged me the next month without my authorization. Please refund my money.
GetHuman-ozo did not yet indicate what Care.com should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-ozo fixed the problem
The fee is recurring, so you have to stop it by calling or logging into your account online. They will refund second charge if the request for cancellation is within ** days of charge and there is no activity.
