Hello I signed up in August thinking it was a one time fee. I did not use the services and checked my card this last month and noticed I was charged. I attempted to call however it was outside your business hours. Today I checked my credit card and saw and additional charge. I would like to cancel my membership as I only intended to use the service for one day. I would also like to ask if my November services may be refunded. Thank you.
GetHuman-taireyes did not yet indicate what Care.com should do to make this right.
