I'm currently unavailable and I was very sure I had downgraded my account with the app. This was happening when the app change from the care.com to the caregiver app. Now I found out I got charged for a renewal of * months ($**) and I don't need it. I will like to get reimbursed, and downgraded to a free account. Thank you.
