Hello:**I just upgraded for a *-month Premium Membership.*The discount code was accepted, and showed that I would receive $*.** discount. This is why I chose the *-month, instead of the *-month plan.*It appears that the discount was NOT applied, even though before I clicked the submit button it clearly showed that it was applied! I should be charged $**.**, NOT $**.**!!**I submitted my information for my DMV background check.*I don’t use my first name on my full, legal name. I gave this information for the check.*Care.com has now changed my name to My first name in my profile. I NEVER use the name My first name, and have ALWAYS used my middle name. Please change my name back to My middle name in my profile. If you are unable to do this then I don't want to use this service. It is entirely confusing and really upsetting to me to use a name which I NEVER use and have NEVER used!**I have tried to edit the amount that I charge. It will not let me.
