Hi, I want to freeze payments and services with Care.com. At the same time, I don’t want to lose my account altogether. If I close my account, will I have to redo everything when I go to open it again? *Also, I didn’t realize that my account was still open and that I was being charged every month. I haven’t actually used the service once for employment or hiring. I was also under the impression that I’d set up a one-time payment. Would reimbursement be possible for the months of August through September? *Thank you so much for your time.**Best,*Max
