One of the people I interviewed with, Rachel S. sent me a background check request. It appeared in my email but when I went to approve it the alert wasn't there in my care. Com account. She said she messaged you so she could figure out how to re request it and you told her everything looked fine on your end but I still don't see the alert. I'd like you to resend it to me so that I can approve it and get the job as soon as possible. It's the only thing holding me back. Thanks, Amber
