Hello, I recently got a requests from one of the care.com members for a background check. I wanted to accept the request. So, I went into the message, that was sent from care.come through the alert section, and pressed take action now. The system keeps sending me to the home screen instead of sending me to the forms that I am supposed to fill out. **At first I thought it was the app so I logged in through the website and pulled up the message, and clicked the link, but once again it took me to the home screen. So then, I thought it might me the mobile site so I pulled it up again using the desk top site. Unfortunately, I had the same problem where the link routed me strait to the home screen without pulling up the forms for the background check. **I wasn't sure what else needed to be done. So I guess my question is, What is the best way to get to the forms. **Thanks so muck for your time,*Jess
