My name is Brooke Preim. I tried to upgrade my account for the * month $** price. It said the credit card was invalid and so I tried again and it overcharged me * times. So now there is $** dollars taken out of my bank account and I still don't even have the upgrade where the people can respond to my application. This is ridiculous because now I have to wait until Monday for my money back and I still can't even move forward with my job applications. I need to be refunded my money and I need the upgrade. I need to know how long this will take to happen and I want to make sure that my month doesn't start until I actually have the upgrade... I don't want to be shorted a few days. Hopefully you guys can fix the website problem so this doesn't happen again.
