Help with my Care.com issue
The issue in GetHuman-mmlousch's own words
I had specifically requested that my account be canceled after the first time use in June. My account has been charged twice since then. I want my money back for July and August IMMEDIATELY as these charges WERE NOT authorized. If you access my account, you will see that there has been no activity since June.
GetHuman-mmlousch did not yet indicate what Care.com should do to make this right.
