Help with my Care.com issue

Care.com's website screwed up when I tried to get a background check that was requested by an individual that was supposed to be no cost to me.*I clicked on the alert from care.com, which took me to a page that had me fill out all of my info for background check purposes. At the top of the screen it said something like background request from this person at no cost to you. So, I submitted my background check and not a minute later I found out I'd been charged $** for a background check. *Care.coms website screwed up and took me to the wrong page, therefore charging me $** that I don't have. I have been going back and forth with their communications team, getting absolutely no where. As a company, it is their responsibility to give their customers a refund for issues with their company. *I wouldn't reccomend this company now. I used to think of them very highly, but now I realize they are too cheap to take care of their loyal customers.
GetHuman-sarahosc did not yet indicate what Care.com should do to make this right.
