I am very unhappy about the way care.com has no in person customer service assistance. Navigating my way through the website is very difficult because there is only a skeleton of information available on site. **How does the payment work? I want to be paid and don't know what the steps are. **I upgraded to premium but I don't know how the customer is able to see my driving record report.**I don't know how to cancel my membership which will most definately be before the one month has ended.**I thought I had paid the discounted rate bringing it to be $**.** but my credit card indicates $**.** . Why did care.com not honor the $**.** I thought I paid.**I am starting to believe care.com does not really care so if you answer my message here it would be very much appreciated.**Thanks,*Sara
