I am trying to get my money back ... On ******* I purchased a membership for a * month period (Trans. ID ******************), which it would end in *******.*On ******* Care.com was charge my account $**.** for ** months since May.*On Jan****** I notice on my bank account the charge, so , I login in on my account and learned that was many charges I have never authorized.*I contacted care.com many times to solve this matter and I still can't get this matter solved.*I heard many versions why this charges have been made into my account, but I don't agree with none of them, because the botton line I have never authorized you to start to charge me the $**.** because I had a membership purchased in ******* and it would end *******.*It was ** times charge into my bank account which I got only one month refund of $**.** on ******* from charge done on *******.*The totally charge into my account was the ammount of $***.** - one refund of $**.** * $***.**.*I want the totally of $***.** refund to me. This is very frustating because I couldn't purchased another membership because I already had one
I want my money back.
I have been a good customer for over * years, I am loyal and respectfull and I expecting you to resolve this matter soon.
I have called customer services many times and the issue is not fix, and they want me to believe that I have made the purchase myself, which I have not done.
I have an issue with Care.com too
