The issue in GetHuman-melodiec's own words
Hi, I wanted to close my account before the next billing cycle. I closed it today *** because I saw that it always debits my account on the *th of each month. However, when I canceled my account it said that it would continue to stay open until *** which I assume means it's going to debit my account tomorrow. I do not want another month of service from care.com and want to close before this next billing period starts.
GetHuman-melodiec did not yet indicate what Care.com should do to make this right.
