Hello. I am contacting you because I think that what happened to me is absolutely unfair act towards me! *What happened: One of the families I had an interview with recently, that I found via care.com decided to request my background check via your site. I provided all the official info and for some reason, which I don't know, your company wasn't able to do a background check. And right now I received an email from your company that my profile was closed! I had my account with care.com for many years. I have been a full-time nanny for many years with many families in greater Boston area and I can provide all the references to anyone who considers to hire me, as well as I can provide all my documents to prove that I DO NOT have any criminal records! I feel deeply offended by this action! And am eager to clear this situation. I would appreciate a lot if your company will give me this chance! I have always loved this site as it is very nice and convenient and would like to keep using it in the future. As well as I feel very upset about the situation with that particular family. I repeat I have nothing to hide, I never had, I do not have any criminal or any of this kind problems and can provide you with all my documents, references and so on. Please let me know how we can manage this very unpleasant and unfair situation.
