Hi,**This account was billed on ******* for $** (CHIRP** coupon), then immediately downgraded the day of, with a warning saying, "Care.com account set to downgrade on ******* and your credit card will no longer be charged". I have * ALERTS in a row that the account was "being canceled" - with each month I was charged "*******, *******, *******" - according to care.com's history - (I have no emails warning about these charges or downgrade alerts). I checked my bank and saw in the statement that I've been charged * times for $** each (total is $**). **I do not have money in my bank as is so if we can resolve this as soon as possible that would be ideal* I'm going to need a refund for the * previous charges. The only valid charge was on ******* with the coupon code used - CHIRP** for $**. **Please call me tomorrow at ***-***-**** - U.S. Otherwise I do not mind calling.**Regards,
