I signed up for just a month subscription. I have been trying to get information to make sure that nothing rilled over to the next month. When I checked my status through the website it reads premium member unlimited. I have tried to downgrade as U signed up only to try for a month. When I go to desktop ads to add to my profile keep popping up and sic ant get through. I was hired four days after I signed up and having been trying to reach someone to make sure that *my * month membership doesn't automatically roll over. I only was the free account. I haven't been able to reach a person by phone. Not being accessible is so frustrating!
GetHuman-whomelin did not yet indicate what Care.com should do to make this right.
