The issue in GetHuman-curryco's own words
I received a background check request from a potential employer and clicked accept on my phone. It took me through a process asking for my card info and I thought this was just for security purposes. Turns out, it ran a completely separate check, charged me, and hers is still pending (I see this once checking on my computer). I received the background check today and it is false and needs to be taken down from my profile immediately, as I do not recall it stating that it would be made public once ran. I also, out of my inconvenience and poor set up, should receive a refund as the only reason I'd run the background check would be if aa potential employer had purchased it themselves and needed it for hiring purposes.
GetHuman-curryco did not yet indicate what Care.com should do to make this right.
