Hello,*I am emailing because I was charged $** to my care.com account for signing up for an upgraded account, which I did by accident. I immediately canceled my subscription to this service (within minutes), but the charge still went through. I would like to be refunded the $** seeing as I never used the service, and immediately canceled the subscription once I realized my mistake.*Thank you,*Julia
