I am seeking assistance with my interest and financial charges, as well as adjustments to my credit report. My account issues began with the Care Credit app. Initially, payments in June and July [redacted] went smoothly, but in August, I encountered app problems while out of town. I resolved these on September 1, just six days late. Subsequent payments in September and October were made on time, but in November, I faced more app issues. After addressing an old closed account, I experienced interest charges and late fees, impacting my credit report negatively. Despite making extra payments, I seek help to resolve these issues. I want to potentially increase my credit limit and use the account for dental expenses. However, if these problems persist, I may consider paying off and closing the account. I am eager to keep the account open given our current lack of health insurance. I hope these concerns can be addressed promptly. Thank you for your time and assistance. - H.C. Findley

I am attempting to apply for a credit card from your company to cover unexpected dental expenses. Due to a past divorce and misunderstanding on bill payments, my credit score dropped significantly. Although I have maintained timely payments for the past five years, one charge from a dentist in Florida ended up in collections due to a pricing discrepancy. Despite efforts to resolve the issue, it remains on my credit report. I have tried using small credit cards to improve my credit but faced challenges when applying for loans that further impacted my score. Currently residing in California, I receive Social Security and alimony, enabling me to allocate at least $[redacted] monthly towards credit card payments. While I can consider a co-signer, I am reluctant to involve family members. I am willing to provide any necessary documentation to demonstrate my financial responsibility. Please consider my application, as this credit card would solely fund my essential dental treatment. Time is of the essence for my dental health. Thank you for your understanding and potential assistance.

I have fallen behind due to health issues and need to adjust my payment due date since I am on Social Security and get paid once a month on the fourth Wednesday. I am currently $[redacted] behind, but on August 22, I will have $[redacted] to send. I kindly request to change my due date to the 26th or 27th of each month to align with my income. If this adjustment is not possible, I might have to seek assistance elsewhere or consider bankruptcy. Please understand my financial limitations, and let me know if you can accommodate this change. I assure you that I will make every effort to keep up with future payments once this matter is resolved. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Our daughter submitted an online application in her dad's name for dentures without his knowledge. She signed electronically and got it approved. We are seeking help to obtain an account number. It was not disclosed in our bankruptcy papers provided by our lawyer, Johnny R. Hill. The loan was approved for Midfield Dental in Bessemer, AL. His date of birth is 04/26/55, and our daughter's name is Kelly M. Hill. Could you please provide a contact number for speaking with a live representative? Thank you, Mrs. SDHill.

Hello, my name is Michelle M. and I have a CareCredit card. I noticed that my CareCredit payment of $83 was not withdrawn from my account when I checked my online banking. The site indicates I was online on 11/3 to make the payment, but it seems to have not gone through. As a result, a $27 late fee was applied to my account, which I cannot afford right now. To rectify this, I made a payment of $[redacted] today. I have always been diligent with my payments and have never been late before. Could you please consider waiving the late fee this time as I am certain I paid the $83 on the 3rd? Your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Last month, I contacted customer service to request financial assistance due to unemployment. I was directed to a third party and spoke to two different representatives who couldn't help without accessing my account. They mentioned needing permission from CareCredit and assured me they would follow up with a call. However, after not receiving any callback, I reached out to customer service today. Unfortunately, I was transferred directly to Collections where I received a different response. They suggested that if I couldn't meet the minimum payments, I should call back when I have a job to avoid potential collection actions. Despite my efforts to address the issue proactively in November, I was not offered any alternatives. I hope to find a solution that prevents my account from falling delinquent and harming my credit score.

I enrolled with Care Credit around 2[redacted]. Since then, I've moved, changed my name due to marriage, and lost my original card. I am in need of a new card, but I only have the last 4 digits of my account or card number. Unfortunately, contacting them has been challenging as they require the full card number even for reporting a lost or stolen card. I need to use the card for my wisdom teeth treatment. My original email with them was [redacted], now updated to [redacted] I can't remember my account login details as I never utilized the card. I attempted to reapply but was rejected due to my existing account linked to my social security number.

Hello, Care Credit, my name is Tamra Dorsey. I have a significant issue regarding a dispute that I have been dealing with for over a year. I have been a Care Credit customer for more than five years without any prior issues or complaints. Despite being informed twice that the dispute was ruled in my favor and the funds would be reinstated back into my account, I have faced challenges. During multiple calls to Care Credit, I have experienced being disconnected and transferred across various departments. Some phone representatives struggled to comprehend my situation, leading to misunderstandings. To summarize my dispute - over a year ago, I used my Care Credit for a prepaid facial treatment called a Halo, which I did not receive due to feeling uncomfortable after being given a Norco pain pill and left alone in a dark room. Upon reviewing the documents, I discovered signatures that were not mine, all appearing identical, which raised concerns. Attempts to contact the clinic were fruitless, leaving me frustrated. I believe this is a case of fraud that needs to be addressed promptly. I am determined to see this issue resolved respectfully and will escalate if necessary. Thank you.

My husband and I both have care credit accounts, and we are diligent about paying on time and more than the minimum. However, since my husband's account was paid off earlier this year, my account has been assessed late charges every month since January, despite my early and above-minimum payments. We have contacted representatives multiple times with no resolution. The representatives seem unable to grasp the issue, despite it being straightforward. I received my bill today with a new minimum payment of $[redacted], $58 of which is late fees. I have never missed a payment and always pay more than necessary. It's frustrating to be penalized for early payments. Please remove the late fees from my account.

After a dentist recemented my front tooth crown and it fell out the same night, I contacted the dental office immediately. Following a conversation with the head dentist the next day, I was promised a call back, which never happened. Despite disputing the $[redacted] bill with CareCredit, they sided with the dental office based on inaccurate information in a letter. I have challenged this decision with CareCredit through mail, providing evidence of the cracked tooth and missing crown. The core issue remains the lack of justification for the charge. Despite my efforts, I still received a letter from CareCredit demanding a minimum payment with penalties. I aim to halt this requirement until the issue is resolved.

In my October [redacted] billing, I noticed a charge of Php 2,[redacted] for an annual membership fee. This fee has never been applied in previous years, despite my nearly 20-year membership without ever being a delinquent cardholder. I have received emails in July [redacted], September [redacted], and January [redacted] stating that my annual membership fee was waived. However, this year, to my surprise, I was charged. When I contacted a Citibank representative, I was informed that my waiver request was denied, which left me feeling disappointed and stressed. At this point, I am considering closing my CITI account.

I am a user of your Bank Credit Card, ending in **********[redacted], and have been using it for the past 3 years. I always make my payments on time. I called the day before yesterday to request a waiver of my last 3 months' interest charges, but you only waived off the charges for last month. I kindly ask for the remaining 2 months' charges to be waived so that I can continue making timely payments. I have been a loyal customer, as evident from my card usage history, and this is my first time requesting a waiver. Your assistance in forwarding my request would be greatly appreciated. I have already made a payment of Rs 25,[redacted], and I will ensure the rest of the payments are made on time. I value our relationship and hope for your support in reversing these charges. I am committed to clearing the outstanding balance and continuing to use your services.

In July, I was approved for $[redacted] in services at Marina Dentistry, but they ended up charging me only $[redacted]. Despite sending an email in September to correct the billing error, I am still being billed at $[redacted] (minus payments). I'm reaching out today to request a resolution. If needed, I can provide another copy of the letter sent in October. The staff at Marina Dentistry in Marina del Rey, CA informed me to address this issue directly with your company. Please reach out to me via email at [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

My name is Douglas Edward K., born on 5/14/64. My address is [redacted] Lawndale St, Philadelphia, PA [redacted]. A few nights ago, I applied for Care Credit and unfortunately was denied, which I understand. I'm now in the process of applying for veterinary care for my dog, and one of the requirements is to get an approval from Care Credit or have a written denial to provide to the vet charity I'm seeking help from, which I am actively applying to. Could you please send me the denial letter? If you need more information, please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you for your support.

I visited Affordable Dentures in Tallahassee over a year ago under different dental care and I am unhappy with my experience. Despite only going in twice for a partial lower denture procedure, I noticed they have been deducting $[redacted] from my account monthly without my authorization. During one visit, there was an incident where a former assistant slapped me, causing me to not return. This month on 4/3, they took the money out again. I cannot afford these unauthorized charges. I have already spent over $[redacted] with a remaining balance of $[redacted]. I kindly request that they cease these deductions immediately and reimburse me $[redacted]. The contact number for Affordable Dentures is [redacted]. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Respectfully, E.B., born on 12/19/57. Stop the deductions and offer your support. Thank you.

I received an email on July 9, [redacted] from Care Credit stating I was approved for a CareCredit credit card. It's the 16th now, and I haven't received the card yet. I lost the keys to my Cluster P.O.Box during this time, but I have them now, and my mail is set to be forwarded to me from today onwards. I am purchasing an ELECTRONIC LIFTING RECLINER for $[redacted], which will be ready in 4-6 weeks by the middle of September. Due to financial constraints as a full Medicaid recipient, I need to know the monthly payment amount, if delivery and setup costs could be included, and how much it would be with or without these costs. Patricia Rodgers at Advance Home Care/Piedmont Parkway Retail Store assisted me with the purchase and mentioned that payment could be done over 60 months with some interest. I am anxiously awaiting the information on delivery costs to finalize my payment plan. Thank you for your understanding.

I called hoping to receive some compassion and defer one payment due to financial difficulty. The representative stated that "covid relief has ended" with no further assistance. Despite the ongoing pandemic and potential shutdowns, I was denied assistance and told I cannot defer my payment to 1/12/21 without facing a $35 late fee. I simply wanted to skip one payment to avoid further financial strain. Unfortunately, the representative seemed unsympathetic to my situation and unwilling to help. It is concerning that in times of need, such lack of understanding and flexibility can be shown towards customers.

Hello, I applied for a Care Credit card online a few weeks ago and later checked the status of my application via phone call. The representative informed me that she needed to complete my application over the phone and unfortunately, I was denied due to submitting multiple applications too closely together. It appears she may have started a new application for me instead of finalizing the one I had initially submitted. I believe I would have been approved otherwise and would appreciate any guidance on how to rectify this situation. Thank you, Tess

In January [redacted], I noticed a promotional balance due. Back in November 11, [redacted], I called to ensure that this full promotional balance would be automatically paid from my checking account since my monthly payments were up to date. According to the representative, the full balance was supposed to be withdrawn on November 27, [redacted], but it did not happen. Now, I want the full amount paid promptly to avoid accruing interest. My statement shows the next payment due on December 27, [redacted], but I want to settle the balance in full immediately. In hindsight, I realize I should have requested a confirmation or order number for assurance.

Hello, I used to be a CareCredit cardholder and always made on-time payments. However, five years ago, I declared bankruptcy, and CareCredit closed my account despite me having paid it in full. I recently reapplied and got rejected. Is there a possibility to be approved again? I am working on rebuilding my credit and would be grateful if you could reconsider my application. I require dental work and would prefer to use this card for the expenses. Thank you for your consideration. Best regards, F. Greenberg
