Sell my gift cards for cash at the kiosk! ... I recently tried to sell * gift cards at a kiosk. At the end of transaction I got the code they send via text but then they told me they would contact me in about ** minutes to give me another “code”. It said that I could leave the kiosk and return after I received the next code. I never received that *nd code from them. I went back to kiosk a couple days later and it wouldn’t even give me an offer. I just now tried to use one of the gift cards and bestbuy wouldn’t accept the card!! I believe they have taken the money from the * cards, but haven’t paid me. If this is the case, I need them to return the money to the gift cards. I am unable to accept an answer suggesting I wait any longer than a couple of hours for them to resolve this issue by returning the money to the cards. Mailing me a check is not acceptable. *I also want to mention that I believe someone has used my id to pawn stolen goods or something like that. I feel very much like that could have some bearing on this situation and could possibly be a factor in the outcome so far..*If in fact, that is the case, can you please inform me of that fact? That would be very helpful and I’d be very grateful to you for that help!
That the money is not on the cards anymore.
I need them to return the money to the gift cards immediately if that’s what in fact is needed. If they took the money...
I’ve used them several times in the past. I have used the kiosk as well Sold online. I have had issues with the process nearly every time.
Nothing else to try that I know of, I’m going to call them now...
