I've written * emails already and all I receive back is a rubber stamp message stating how important my message is and that you will get right back to me.***rd message:**Over a week ago I received an offer for my.walmart card which was valued at $**.**. The offer you gave me if I selected Amazon.egift card was $**.**. I understand per your FAQ that it could take * to * days to complete everything and you would email.me the egift card. *I havent received an email back so I check status on your website and it says "in review". I check gift card balance and it's still $**.**. I check for the next several.days ...still in review.status and none of.my * emails are answered. Please just make a decision. *I checked last night and still no response from CS Support, my offer is STILL in Review status but now my Walmart card was used twice $**.** and $**.**...making it * balance...AND NOT A WORD OR PEEP FROM ANYONE AT CARD POOL. oh I did get one email thanking me for a purchase and asking me to send referrals???*What is going on ???
