I submitted my Best Buy gift card for redemption in cash on ********, it has been exactly ONE MONTH, and yet to receive my $**.** check in return for the Best Buy gift card. Not only is this my second e-mail to your so-called "support" department* as I have not heard anything. Furthermore, I called the CSR line, only to get a rude representative named Samantha. She didn't provide me a call back expectation, was rather eager to ending the call, and didn't allow me to get additional information. I've yet to hear from your so-called company, and it's been the * week time frame, actually a month already, all over a measly $** check. Had I known this would be an issue, I would've just kept my gift card... I am more than upset, and y'all aren't assisting in helping me resolve this delay. Moving forward, I have already screenshot the entirety of our one-ended conversations, call logs, and the supposed time frame y'all claim to contact me by, so I may open a claim with the BBB. I shall open such claim on ********, hope to hear from you by then.
