I was trying to get a refund or a card that worked. ... On February **th I purchased *- $** Regal electronic gift cards. I attempted to use the final one this evening at my local Regal Cinema and they informed me that the balance on this card is zero??**Here is the number :****Card Number:** ***** ***** ***** ********PIN:** ******I would appreciate having the $** loaded onto the card so I can use it or having the money refunded to my credit card. I used all of the other * cards without any problem.
I sent six emails - none were answered except by an automated reply that said they would get back to me.
I'd like a refund or new card issued with funds properly loaded.
For years I've bought gift cards from them - hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth.
