I purchased * online cards several hours ago, and they haven't been sent to my email yet. If I can't use them by **:** pm tonight, I would like a refund. I purchased gift cards from Cardpool about a year ago, and there was an issue of the cards not being delivered. At least I was able to call a customer service representative who resolved the problem. Now, I'm just getting an automated voice recording telling me to leave a message and they'll get back to me. I left a message, and so far I haven't heard back. When I talked to the representative last year, she told me that when an online card is purchased, it's supposed to be automatically sent to my email. Going on this information, I expected things to work out this way. If my cards aren't emailed to me before **:** pm tonight, I would like a refund please. **Thank you, *Ashley Cunningham
