The issue in GetHuman-tinamp's own words
On Sat, Mar **, ****, *:** PM I received an order confirmation email for ordering a $**.** Regal Entertainment Group electronic gift card (Order *********) from Cardpool.com. *It stated "We'll typically email you with your electronic or mobile gift cards within * business day. In some cases we may ask for additional verification and your order will remain pending until we receive all the necessary documentation requested. During peak holiday periods, please allow *-* additional business days for processing orders."*Today Mar **, **** would be the third business day and I have not been contacted by any means for additional information nor have I received said electronic gift card. I do not see anywhere on the website how to investigate the status of my order. *I did receive an email Wed, Mar **, ****, *:** PM thanking me for my order and asking me to refer friends!*The web site only allows you to contact them by email and I need the electronic gift card for a birthday present tomorrow (Mar, **, ****). Upon researching on the internet I found numerous very negative reviews regarding this company's customer service, along with this site which offered a phone number to contact. *When I called I received an automated message after ** seconds stating all customer service representatives were busy and then I was connected to voicemail. I could not hold for a human! *I was hoping that you could help me resolve this issue since I need the present for the birthday gathering tomorrow. *Thanks
