Was attempting to sell a number of gift cards ... I sold * cards over two weeks ago and yet to have received any payment. Whenever I try to contact them via email I get the same computer generated reply that it would take about * business days. Still waiting. I've sold cards before and usually got a payment within a week. Not sure of this delay as no one attempts to contact me either by phone or email.
The payment was to be used for my grandson's first birthday to pay for the birthday cake and some toy's. Neither of which I was able to provide
I would like for Cardpool to keep better track of cards being submitted for sale and if this requires an improvement on the way that it is done then it should be implemented. I would also like for them to ensure that when high value cards or large amounts of cards are mailed in such as what I did about * years ago that a double checking procedure be put in place so they simply don't vanish
Have been a customer for about * years now and have had issues in the past. During the period in which cards were to be mailed I've lost over $*** worth of cards. Still uncertain as to how as I had sent them via registered mail.
Have attempted to contact Cardpool a number of times through either email in which I get the standard computer generated reply or by phone in which I get a message that there is a high call volume. What Cardpool needs is the human factor or an increase in the number of employees
