I was using a Cardpool kiosk as I have done numerous times before (with no issues). This time it sent me a verification text to my cell, this has happened a couple times before but I didn’t sweat it as it didn’t infringe on my getting a voucher printed off to collect the cash. But this time it said “we’re still reviewing your card balance. You will receive a text within ** minutes. Use that info to complete your transaction” (I’m paraphrasing of course. Well I waited....**, **, **, an hour! No text from them. So I called Cardpool Customer Support & had to leave my name & number on a voicemail. It’s been over * hours & I am yet to receive a call back or a text from them.
GetHuman1692532 did not yet indicate what CardPool should do to make this right.
