I ordered a Starbucks gift card and tried adding it to my account.i am getting an error stating, card is already linked to an account. I called Starbucks customer rep and CR informed that card is linked to different account and can not be added to my account.*As I can not use this card ,I dropped an email to card **** team and after * days ,I still have not got any response.*I should have believed the reviews.there are multiple reviews on google with similar issues. I am raising a dispute with credit card company and hopefully, transaction will be reversed.
GetHuman-navshar did not yet indicate what CardPool should do to make this right.
