Have waited over a week for a response from Cardpool on a Fandango card that is invalid. I may have to contact the Better Business Bureau and dispute the charge on my credit card. This is the worst customer service I have ever had.
GetHuman-thebelli did not yet indicate what CardPool should do to make this right.
