My fiance has a card.com account I had my my taxes deposited on to his account there was no problem recently I've had another deposit on to his account and now they blocked our account or his account I've read the the agreement to card.com and it does not state that they have a right to bought his account it was told to us if we had all the verification needed by card.com it would be unblocked within ** hours the time has now been ** hours and it is still blocked who do I need to go to to get it unblocked we have rent to pay and it can't get paid unless they unblock the card
