I would really like to speak to someone but i recently lost my card and i had made a change to my account and they wanted me to verify my change of address so I sent a picture of my California ID and a previous letter with my name and address that I've received and they said I would hear from them in * days and its been three and still havent heard nothing from no one and would like very much to be sent a replacement card ASAP I need to access my money
