You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I want the transaction cancelled. Or get my $**.** back on my card ... I got $**.** in gas last night & when my email alerted me that my card had been used. I checked my email. The gas station had took an extra $**.** from my card. Instead of charging my card $**.** for the gas I had gotten it charged me $**.**. The cardinal country store ** coal run ky ***** is the gas station that over charged my card. I called to notify the gas station the co worker was rude & said that she would have the manager contact me back. I still haven't heard back from the manager. I have never had this happen to me. Can you please help me ?
That's all the money I had left to my name. I'm broke after that. I was going to use that money to put towards my kids birthday present and I can't now.

I'm a new customer but still I didn't expect this.
I've already contacted the gas station. The co worker was the one I spoke with and they were rude. They acted like there wasn't anything they could do about it. They haven't done anything about it. They haven't even tried to contact me back or anything.
