Last night, I purchased $15.00 worth of gas, but my card was charged an extra $40.00 by the gas station. Instead of the correct $15.00, my card was charged $55.51 by Cardinal Country Store #8 in Coal Run, KY [redacted]. I alerted the gas station, but the coworker's response was rude, promising the manager would contact me. It has been some time, and I am yet to hear from the manager. This is the first time such an incident has occurred to me. Can someone assist me with resolving this issue?

I recently ordered a prepaid debit card from Card.com to receive my stimulus payment. I have had some difficulties because I am currently in Arkansas looking after unemployed family members from Indiana. Unfortunately, my wallet was stolen, containing important documents like my birth certificate and ID. This has made it challenging for me to access the $1,[redacted] on the debit card that is meant to support my family and cover expenses. I am struggling to feed my family and pay rent due to this situation. I am hoping to have the funds transferred to a different prepaid debit card so I can utilize the money that is rightfully mine, even without immediate documentation available. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

A month ago, I contacted you regarding a claim against wish.com for orders I made between May 11-15, [redacted], which were delayed due to the pandemic. Despite promises of delivery by August, nothing has arrived. I had requested a copy of the complaint form be faxed to me during a move, but it never reached me. I no longer have the Wish app to check individual items, but your records should reflect my detailed request. Please send the form to this new address. Hello, my name is Curtis Robinson. I filled out a form in August disputing the fact that I have not received items I ordered from wish.com. I placed the orders in May [redacted]. Each month, I received extension notices due to the pandemic situation. In July, they assured me the items would arrive in August. However, by mid-August, I had to move from Fairmont Hospital in San Leandro, California. I requested the form to be sent online but never received it. I recently discovered that someone charged $[redacted] to my card ending in [redacted] without my authorization. I contacted a representative who claims they have no record of this transaction, which I find concerning. Additionally, I visited a casino with a friend to withdraw money, but the transaction failed, even though the casino provided me with a receipt confirming the failed withdrawal. I was advised to contact you for assistance regarding the missing funds, but unfortunately, I was unable to reach anyone over the weekend as your office is closed. This situation has left me unsure of what steps to take next, so I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter.

I visited Dollar General today and added $[redacted] to my card, but when I tried to make a purchase elsewhere, it was declined. I called the number on the back of the card and it shows the $[redacted] was credited, but my balance hasn't updated. I urgently need to access my account through the app to resolve this issue so I can make the necessary payment. I'm unsure of the email linked to this card, but I use [redacted] for my other cards. I recently stayed at Candlewood Suites in Stevensville, Michigan for multiple nights and checked out on October 30th. However, on November 1st, I noticed two charges on my card from the hotel for $36.88 and $18.00. After speaking with the hotel, they explained that these were authorization charges that would be released back to my card. They suggested contacting my card's customer service to expedite the release of these authorizations. I am confused as to why these charges occurred a day after I left. I need this money for other bills, so I am eager to have it returned promptly. The only valid charge should be the $54.88 posted on November 31st due to night audit processes. My card was unexpectedly closed, and I am unable to access my funds. I contacted customer service, but they were unable to assist me. I did not authorize the closure of my account, and I have been waiting for a replacement card for over a month with no success. I recently had my card cancelled and ordered a new one, but I have not received it yet. I am expecting to get paid tomorrow and need to know the whereabouts and delivery date of my new card. I attempted to call at 7 am to speak with a representative, but I only received automated prompts. I was even instructed by the recording to call back after 4 days of ordering the new card, and now it has been 6 days. I just want to get an update on when I can expect to receive my new card.

My card got suspended, and I'm unsure why since I use it myself. I need it unblocked. I'm supposed to receive a refund on November 5th for an online purchase at Hungry Howie's that never went through. I was told it would take 30 days for the money to be refunded automatically. It's been pending since November 5th, and it's now December 5th. I need my money back and my card unblocked.

I have used my card for both in-store and online purchases as well as bill payments, so I believe it's activated. However, I'm unable to transfer my PayPal funds into my account. PayPal's automated service mentioned that you declined the transfer. I urgently need the money to settle a bill today. Each time I request the cash card for my PayPal, it gets declined. It has been quite a hassle with this card, and I am expecting two more in the mail. I was wondering if having a direct deposit is required at the moment. I am currently navigating through unemployment, and I anticipate receiving a deposit soon. In case I don't, will my account be closed? I am in the process of starting an online business and find it convenient to have three cards for better record-keeping. Could you please clarify this for me?

I called on Thursday, December 24, [redacted], around 3:05 p.m. Pacific Standard Time to report unauthorized charges on my card. The representative closed my account and instructed me to call back once all charges are settled to dispute the charges from a Target location in Orange County. However, I was at work when I received alerts about these charges, and I was never at that location. I am concerned about how my information was used there and I would like to expedite the process of getting my money back.

I am trying to retrieve the number and CVV from my Anne Stokes card to verify it with my Google Pay account. Unfortunately, I left my card in P.A, and when my sisters shipped it to me, there was a mistake with the zip code. Now my wallet is disorganized, affecting not only my cards but also my ID and social security. I really just want to access my card details to purchase Christmas gifts for my family. Thank you.

I had an old card with this company that I hadn't used in a while. After a significant deposit, I found that I couldn't withdraw money from the ATM without calling ahead for authorization. My card was stolen and used without my consent to access my direct deposit for the second round of stimulus checks. Today is December 28, [redacted], and I only activated the card, so all other activity was unauthorized. The thief also took my phone, providing access to my account information.
