Help with my Card.com issue

Card.com's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-hunsucle a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-hunsucle's own words
I paid cricket Wireless $** yesterday before I had a chance or I should say before I found out that I could not afford a new phone from them so I asked it the hundred and $* be backed out that was charged to my card and also to be credited to my card back to my card and I asked Cricket to refund the $** at which they said that they cannot do that that I had to call the bank and have the bank back it out and credit it back to my account so this is the reason I'm calling you I need the $** credited back to my account before it is taken out. Also there was a $*.** deduction taken out of my account on the **th and a $*.** transaction taken out of my account on the **th now I never spent $*.** nor did I spend $** so I need that credited as well back to my account I don't know who took it off.

GetHuman-hunsucle did not yet indicate what Card.com should do to make this right.
