I doubt you'll get a human for the reasons I stated in my online chat to which I've yet to receive a response human or otherwise. *What I explained to them to no avail was this:*I have been trying to phone you for several days* when transferred to any extension all one gets is two beeps and then disconnected. As your phone support is clearly a ruse, I expect to be given more days before I am charged for my equipment return. I received my external hard drive with my back up files (necessary, I learned after hours on the phone, because I was switching platforms) unfortunately I could not unlock the WD Unlocker because it requires a password other than my carbonite password and I don't know what that is. I need you to provide me that so that I can reclaim my files and send the equipment back to you. Since I have been delayed (by a death in the family and the flu) and then, and mostly, by your non- existent phone support, I should not be penalized for a late return owing to the hours and days spent trying in vain to reach customer phone support that does not exist. Please supply me with the password to the WD unlocker or tell me where to find it. Thank you, J G Albrecht
