Hi, my name is Heidi Reece. Confirmation number is LADP*C**EAAD. I went to Arizona this past weekend for a short visit to see my daughter . After a five hour flight delay I get to sky harbor airport to pick up my minivan only to find out that it was gonna be over a two hour wait to get my vehicle because they did not have vehicles available . There were over *** people waiting in line to get their vehicles . I have a picture to prove it . And with that being said there was probably a very good chance that I was not going to get a van and I had six passengers traveling with me . Knowing that I was only going to be in Arizona for a short weekend I don't feel that it was fair that I had to wait over two hours to get a vehicle and possibly not get a minivan . I am sending you an email because I feel like either you or advantage rental car needs to reimburse my $***.** because I did not get a rental car . I had to go over to thrifty rental cars and they had a van available right away for $*** . Not being very happy I went ahead and took that van because I did not have time to wait for another vehicle . If you would please get back with me to let me know how we are going to solve this problem I would appreciate it . And if you can't solve it I need to know who I need to contact because I am not very happy . Thank you
