I made reservation on carrental.com on july ** at *:**pm. Comfirmation * H**********, also get insurance too.We we arrieved at Milan Italy to pick up the rental car, we were told that carrental.com has not paid us yet so you do not have reservation!!*being in foriegn country with the family have no choice but to get whatever they offering , so i was charged $**** with no insurance. When I come to US and called thrifty rental they also confirmed that they have not got paid for this resveration!! I tried to call or find carrental.com phone on google, there are no numbers!! please someone c contact me via email or phone regarding this matter.*thanks
