I rushed through the process and I picked the wrong dates. ... I am an idiot and booked a car for two hours instead of six days and two hours (picked the wrong dates) and rushed through the non-refundable pay now process. Their policy does not allow for these types of rentals to be modified, but I really need some mercy here. I just need to change my reservation dates.
I know it was completely my fault and I am asking for an exception to the normal policy.
Amending my return date and charging me for the extra dates or cancelling the reservation altogether so I can make the correction myself would be extremely helpful.
I contacted the car rental company itself, which can't edit third party reservations.
