Help with my CarRentals.com issue

The issue in GetHuman-jaydeeuu's own words
Was provided a written confirmation (*CRV*******) after paying "in full" in "advance" for a vehicle rental for a Sunday **********, *am, pick-up from AVR (Airport Van rental) in Charlotte, NC. I arrived at approximately *:**am and noticed that their were no **p vans in their perking lot. I was then told by Zainah to wait outside while she took care of two customers that were at the check-in desk. I then asked if she had a **p van because that is what I reserved. She said yes. I then went outside, per her unusual request, and went back inside as the other customers were leaving and two others were arriving just behind me. She then ask them if they were returning, they said yes, she then asked me to wait again outside. I did, and walked back in as yet another customer arrived and to my surprise was being helped before me. She then asked if I reserved a **p van, and I once again told her yes. She then asked for my name, then said wait a minute, and then proceeded to look into her computer system, then made a phone call, then went into the back indoor garage area before telling me that she did not have a **p van. She then asked me when I needed it (although it was reserved and confirmed - in writing - for *am), I said right now (it was then approximately *:**am). She once again stated that she did not have one - after telling me yes earlier. I then gave me their business card, wrote down her name and the manager's name (James P.). I then asked to speak with him, she said that he was not available. I then photographed a phone number (***-***-****) that was posted on a column near her desk and called it after leaving their property. I left a detailed message for James at approximately *:**am. He has yet to return my telephone call as of Monday ********** at **am (EST). As such* I am requesting the following resolution: *. Immediately refund my $***.** that was paid in advance, *. Compensate me for my damages resulting from their breach of contract.
GetHuman-jaydeeuu did not yet indicate what CarRentals.com should do to make this right.
