Hi, my name is Glenn Simmons. I am reaching out regarding Case Number *******. The problem is when an inquiry is conducted on CARFAX, it is listing my car as a total lost. This is not true. I have a **** Chevrolet Malibu. Please make contact with me at ***-***-**** or you can email me at *****@***.com. This issue was previously bought to CARFAX attention a few months ago and was suppose to be resolved, which it hasnt.
GetHuman1918063 did not yet indicate what CarFax should do to make this right.
