I tried to log in to my account, using my email (*****@***.com) as my user name (as you requested), then tried to enter my existing password. The message in red said that my emial or password was not correct. I then changed my password. Same message. I have two Carfax VINs that are still unused and want to use Carfax. What must I do? I got on Carfax' chat room, explained the problem, and the chat room operator verified my email address and password. I had originally somehow been transferred to Carfax Europe.
Please help with my CarFax issue
