My email is *****@***.com**I have been a client of your bank for many years now, when it was ing... And I opened another account with you on March ****, ending in ***...*I have enjoyed an easy relationship with your bank and with my debit card.*And then problems started. I traveled to M*xico for my son's wedding and you bloked my debit card on January, for security reasons, you said.. I spoke with you several times, I had to send pictures of my passport several times and finally, after almost a month you unblocked my card. On March *nd I came to Miami for a month and I went to one of your bank Cafes and ordered a new debit card and a credit card. For some reason, that you understand but I don't, you had to send me both cards to my home in DC, OK, I accepted it.. And then the pandemic came and my ex husband had to send me both cards to Miami via FedEx. So, I spent ** dollars to get my cards in Miami. When I tried to activate my credit card IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. I went online to my account and you did not recognize my new computer and ANOTHER NIGHTMARE STARTED. Even though I answered all, ALL the security questions and sent pictures of my ID and my passport YOU DECIDED TO BLOCK ALSO MY ACCOUNT. Including my new debit card that I already had used * times. You sent a letter to my home in DC, for suspicious fraud and I called you to the number you gave me in the letter, AND YOU STILL DID NOT TRUST ME. . I'M STILL IN MIAMI. YOUR BANKS CAFE ARE CLOSED. I need to use my cards. I HAD TO BORROW MONEY BECAUSE YOU DON'T TRUST YOUR OWN SECURITY SYSTEM..... I HAVE ANSWERED AND PROOF OVER AND OVER THAT IT IS ME... YOU HAVE SENT ME EMAILS, why now you do not let me use my money? **WHY CAN'T YOU SEND ME A CODE TO MY EMAIL...TO UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT AND MY CARDS? *On the ** of June I have to go back to Mexico for a family issue.... I NEED TO USE MY CARDS... THAT IS WHY I GOT AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE.*THE PHONE NUMBER IN MY ACCOUNT IS A LAND PHONE IN DC... *** ***... **. I AM NOT THERE. I have a cell phone number now.... *** *** *****I HAVE MORE THAN HUNDRED THOUSAND IN MY ACCOUNT.
