I applied online in Dec. **** for a Cap * cr. asking for $***.** limit and NO CASH BACK. I paid $**.** security and $**.** when I received my cr. card. February **th, **** saw the limit was $*,***.** with over $*,*** Cash back. I wrote Capital * **, March after paying off the card in full and asked to *.cancel the card and give me a new account with a limit of $*,***.**. I requested to have both the $**.** and $**.** sec. dep. transferred to my new account. OR*Send my $**.** security deposit and $**.** of the yearly fee. The credit card they had sent me was not what I, the customer, had asked for so if they weren't giving a new credit card that was the least they could do. I had the account for ** weeks. Marjory Dahl closed acct. ****-****-****-**** received confirmation from Cap * they sent a letter they had cancelled the account but nothing about my security deposit and yearly fee. These days everyone needs a credit card so I hope this problem can be resolved.
