Due to the cancellation by Teletext Holidays, my trip to Cyprus on 22/03/[redacted] for nine nights was interrupted. I had made a payment of £[redacted] to Teletext Holidays with my Capital One card (Reference: TT747615). While awaiting a refund, they have instructed me to separately claim my flight back home with EasyJet, even though it was initially booked through Teletext. The flight details are as follows: outgoing flight EZY6263 (booking reference EXLX4kS) and return flight EZY6264 (booking reference EXTXRSF). I contacted EasyJet about the refund. Additionally, I booked car parking with Silver Zone Car Parking in Bristol (Reference: THMNT) and accommodation at The Lodge Hotel in Bristol (Reference: [redacted][redacted]) for £60.99 and £[redacted] respectively, through my Capital One card. Hello, I wanted to share my experience regarding Capital One's pre-approval offers. After being denied twice for a credit card, I received a pre-approval letter, which prompted me to apply again. Going forward, I would appreciate not receiving pre-approval offers if approval is unlikely. Thank you.

My account was frozen due to a $2.98 charge while I was hospitalized for four months. I'm currently in physical rehabilitation in the Caribbean, receiving insurance checks. Despite being informed I need to pay the outstanding amount, my account can't be unfrozen. I must create a new account. Challenges exist as I can't deposit checks in person and the unreliable internet makes online setup impossible. With the island under strict lockdown, credit cards are required for purchases and delivery, which I lack. I desperately need assistance to resolve this issue. Access to the internet is limited, making finding solutions difficult. I seek help to either balance my old account or cover the due amount with deposits to the new account. Good afternoon, my name is Cintia Valentin, and I have a credit card with your company. I have a concern regarding the fees that are being charged to me. Due to the current pandemic, I have lost my job and am unable to pay the full outstanding balance. I made my last payment to the best of my ability. While other creditors have waived fees for lack of payment or delays, my situation is different. I have never been late with my payments; I just cannot afford to pay the full amount as I am unemployed. I kindly request for the fees associated with not paying the full balance to be waived, as I can only manage up to $30.00 in fees. I experienced incredibly long wait times when calling Capital One customer service today. Despite being on the phone for over 6 hours across three attempts, I never reached a representative. When attempting to pay my credit card bill online, I faced technical difficulties. Now, even though it's still the 13th, post-8 p.m. EST, they warn of possible late fees. Legally, my payment isn't overdue until midnight on the 14th, no matter if submitted by 10 p.m. EST on the 13th. Considering their unresponsive customer service and the technical issues affecting online payments, I believe the late fee should be waived.

After discovering it was closed, I realized changes were made to my email and phone due to unauthorized access. I am dissatisfied with the service I received from Capital One. Despite my attempts to contact them multiple times, I have not received assistance regarding an issue with a purchase. I even sent a letter to them. The email address I used is [redacted] and my home address is [redacted] Southwood Drive, Vineland, NJ [redacted]. The total amount of the purchase in question was $82.07, and it turned out to be an online scam. Although initially resolved by Capital One, the case was unexpectedly reopened, and the $82.07 was withdrawn. I possess emails demonstrating I did not receive all three items I bought. I alerted the sellers with a photo of the misrepresented product they sent me. One of the items received was nothing like what I ordered; it was falsely advertised. I rely on Capital One to resolve such issues, not exacerbate them by retracting their support.

I am reaching out to CAPITALOne at [redacted] Cordell Ave. in Bethesda, MD [redacted] for assistance, but no one at the branch seems able to help me. I opened an account there many years ago with Deepak. However, I am unsure who the beneficiary is and want to confirm and possibly change it to a nonprofit. I found a beneficiary form on the website, but there is no option for a nonprofit, which is disappointing. If there is an updated form that allows for nonprofit beneficiaries, please send it to me urgently. Additionally, I was supposed to receive a debit card in June [redacted], which I never got. The lack of customer service and communication is frustrating, as I have not received any callbacks despite numerous requests. Due to a prolonged illness and multiple surgeries, I fell behind on my Capital One card payments. I have since managed to catch up and would like to request that my account be reopened. Hello, I have been disputing recurring charges from Travel Plus and Transunion that I didn't realize I was being charged for. I sent an email on Monday, April 20th, and have not received a response. I need assistance regarding a billing issue. My card number is 4[redacted] 5[redacted]. I received a letter stating I had an NSF of $[redacted].90 due to two transactions on the 6th, instead of one, which resulted in two NSFs in my account until April 17th when you billed me the total amount. I believe I do not owe this as my bank sent both transactions on 4/6, and you only billed for one. I contacted a representative to resolve this and was advised to wait until the NSFs were processed. I made a purchase on Ulta.com on April 16th. However, I realized on the 18th that the shipping address was incorrect because I had recently moved. After contacting Ulta, the representative mentioned that they couldn't update the address but assured me that the order would be canceled. To my surprise, I received a shipping confirmation on the 25th. When I called to inquire, another representative acknowledged the cancellation request but mentioned it was not processed correctly. They suggested that the package would need to be returned by the current resident at the old address for a refund. Unfortunately, I have no way of contacting the current resident. Ulta's customer service has been disappointing, and I am frustrated as I won't receive the package nor a refund.

On March 19 and March 20, [redacted], my wallet was stolen along with my Capital One credit card and two BECU cards. I promptly reported the theft and filed reports with both my credit card companies and the police. While Capital One initiated an investigation and refunded the amount, BECU returned the funds shortly after. However, in April, Capital One reversed the credit and claimed no fraud occurred after their investigation. I called their support team, waited 1.5 hours due to COVID delays, only to be redirected to the fraud team. Despite submitting my police and incident reports, I am still waiting for resolution after a week. I am exhausted from the long waits and lack of assistance, hoping to speak with someone who can effectively address my concerns without the constant transfers and delays.

I did not receive a statement in March. At the end of March, I received an email stating my bill was past due. That day, I tried calling and was put on hold for an hour and a half. I tried again later with the same result. On Saturday, I faced the same issue. I finally got through on Sunday at 7am CDT. After providing my debit card info which did not work, I gave my checking account info and the charge went through. I noticed suspicious charges, canceled my account, and verified they weren't from you with my bank. Later, I received an email saying my account was paid in full, but got a statement in the mail stating I still owed $[redacted].77! I wanted to open a new account, but reaching you seems nearly impossible.
