Help with my Capital One issue

Seemingly my transfer to TransferWise never went through, despite reflecting in my account balance. TransferWise has thus cancelled said transfer but I'm not out $*k dollars as the money has disappeared. Can you please give me information about my $**** USD transfer on March **th. I either need it back or need proof it was sent. This is for tax purposes.

I called them again and actually spoke with someone. Turns out they sent my payment as a cheque, which TransferWise typically do not accept.
