On December **, ****, I paid off my Capital One Quicksilver credit card in full and it had a $* balance. However, on December **, ****, a finance charge of $**.** was put on that credit card. How can you put a finance charge on if the balance is zero? Are they going to continue to put a finance charge on a zero balance? This is ridiculous!
