I keep getting told I am past due $***.** on my account ending in *****.*My payment is not due until November **.*I did only pay $*** last month of the $*** payment. *I told someone my job went down to one day a week and I could not make the whole payment. I asked if I could pay the $** this month and I was told yes.*Apparently, I was lied to and now I have to pay a late charge.**First, is there anyway I can have my payments lowered until I have more money coming in?*Second, can I have that late charge dropped.
